Safety/Insurance Questions
Inflatable games are VERY safe when used properly. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the games are supervised at all times so that participants follow the usage guidelines.
Supervision is typically the responsibility of the customers renting the games. However, we can provide attendants for the games at an additional cost. Call or email for a price quote.
All Star Inflatable Games carries the insurance necessary to set up in public places such as parks and schools. Copies of our Certificate of Insurance are available upon request.
General Rental Questions
Rental periods are 4 hours in length unless otherwise arranged. Bounce houses can be rented all day for $200.
You will have at least 4 hours of “fun” time. We will come early to set up and make sure everything is running properly before your event is scheduled to begin.
If you would like your games for longer than 4 hours, please tell us. Depending on our delivery and pick-up schedule, we may be able to provide extra time very economically.

Delivery and Set Up Questions
Yes, FREE DELIVERY, set up and tear down in Grand Island and Lincoln.
Games can be set up outdoors (grass or cement) or indoors (such as a gym).
Dimensions for each game can be found by going to the games page and clicking on the game picture. The description page includes the dimensions. Always keep game height in mind when planning your event.
Customers need to provide a level area free of rocks, gravel, and pet droppings. Customers must also provide an electrical outlet (preferably on separate circuits) for each blower. All Star Inflatable Games can provide a generator if you need extra power. Generator rentals are $75.00 (4 hours gas included). Our generator can operate up to 4 blowers.
Yes, we’ll deliver almost anywhere! Minimum charges and mileage will apply outside of Grand Island or Lincoln. Mileage, according to MapQuest, is as follows outside of Grand Island or Lincoln:
Training/Operation of the Games
Our staff will provide on-site training of basic operation and safety measures. In addition, each customer will be provided, prior to the rental, an instruction sheet of operation and safety guidelines for each customer to review. Customers will be asked for a signature, acknowledge receipt and understanding of these guidelines.
Problems are rare, but if your game is not working, call 402-430-4535 and we will diagnose the problem. We’ll be able to give you instructions for addressing the problem or send someone out to fix it.
Payments/Reservation Deposits
Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Deposits are required when reserving your date and equipment. Deposits can be paid in two different ways:
If paying by check or with cash, payment in full is due on the day of the event. You can either mail the check before the event or you may pay the delivery crew when they arrive to set up the games. If you used a credit card for reservation and would like to pay using that card, we will charge your card the day following your event.
If you decide to cancel your event due to weather, please contact us (402-430-4535) either the night before or the morning of your event. Once we leave our site to deliver your games, you will be charged for your event. No refunds will be given if it rains after the games are set up. Cancelations, other than for weather, will result in forfeiture of your deposit (if reservation deposit was paid by cash or check) or a $50 per game charge on the credit card used for the reservation deposit.
Weather Issues
We can set up outdoors in most weather EXCEPT the following:
You are welcome to cancel your reservation with a full refund if you call the night before or the morning of your event or at least 2 hours before we leave for your delivery. If we have already left or if it starts raining after you have begun using the games, you will be charged for the full rental. In the event of rain, all participants should exit the games. Once it stops raining, towel off the game and you can resume the fun.
